Broullon Unveils Stamp

Highlands Mayor Carolyn Broullon, together with county, state and federal officials, were all on hand at the Twin Lights earlier today to formally unveil the five lighthouses being honored on first class Forever Stamps issued by the US Post Office this month.

The Twin Lights is one of only seven lighthouses in the United States to feature two lighthouse towers and was the first light station in the nation to have the Fresnel lenses installed.

Borough Administrator Michael Muscillo was also representing the borough at the ceremony attended by approximately 100 guests. The stamps and first day of cancellation envelopes are currently available at the Twin Lights.
