MANALAPAN – Popular demand and requests for repeat performances have resulted in a number of encore presentations by the Monmouth County Library, beginning with tomorrow’s Dead History program, at 7pm visiting the graves of dead presidents.
The rebroadcast of T.J. Fallon’s popular presentation, “Pandemic Pursuit: Visiting Graves of Dead Presidents with Dead History Channel” will be aired again at 7 p.m. Nov. 2 with no registration necessary. Simply visit www.MonmouthCountyLib.org for viewing on the library’s website.
Also available this month as an encore presentation on Tuesday, Nov. 9 at 6:30 p.m., “How to Protect Yourself from Smart Scammers,” presented by David Salkin, Director of Monmouth County’s Division of Consumer Affairs ; Magic and Mysticism of Central Park, a program on Nov. 12 at 2 p.m. featuring actress Leanna Renee Hieber in a spiritual tour of New York’s most famous open space. Small Tall: A Virtual History of Miniatures” which will be re-broadcast on Tuesday, Nov. 16 at 6:30 p.m. featuring Darren T. Scala in speaking on a variety of miniatures and the importance and symbolism of each. Registration for this portrayal is necessary and must be completed by noon Monday,. Nov 15. E-mailed information on how to access the program will be forwarded by 4 p.m. that afternoon.
Kitchen Gadgets and Gizmos, what to buy and what to leave behind, will be featured once again on Wednesday, Nov. 17 at 10:30a.m. The program features the ever popular Chef Rob talking about the many innovations in kitchen necessities and niceties and can be accessed on the library site with no registration.
Registration is necessary for the encore performance of By the Light of Tiffany,
featuring Clara Driscoll on Friday, Nov. 26 at 2 p.m. in a fascinating program
created, written and performed by the one woman theatrical star. Registration at
the library website is necessary by noon on Wednesday, Nov. 24, for e-mailed
information on how to access the site by 4 p.m. that afternoon.
Registration is not required for Medieval Dress-up on Tuesday, Nov. 30 at 10:30
a.m. when Michael Norris, PhD. will be featured once again highlighting various
eras on art history.
