Semiquincentennial Atlantic Highlands borough’s own 250 Committee has a terrific local tee shirt on sale and available now as the borough’s official commemorative apparel.
Shirts, hoodies and tote bags all designed especially for the borough are now on sale at really reasonable prices.
Councilwoman Alyson Forbes, who is secretary of the local 250 Committee noted the new apparel gives local residents the opportunity to celebrate the nation’s 250th in a special way that also shows a special pride in the borough itself and its own place in history.
“Let’s wear our Atlantic Highlands pride proudly as we celebrate this once-in-a-generation milestone together!,” the councilwoman said. “thank you for helping make this anniversary celebration something our whole community can enjoy. “
“These are a great way to support the celebration and wear your hometown pride all year long!,” Forbes continued.
Interested residents can select color and style and have the items shipped right to their door within five to seven days.
