Located at 844 Route 35 in Middletown, the store will feature the presentation from The Raptor Trust to give bird watchers and all local residents the opportunity to learn about birds of prey.
Located on White Bridge Road in Millington, the Raptor Trust is dedicated to the rehabilitation of wild birds and environmental education. A non-profit Trust, its workers and volunteers help care for birds at the Millington facility which provides medical care for all species of wild birds as well as offers a variety of educational programs..
The facility includes a Medical Infirmary, an Education Center, a Gift Shop, and more than 70 exterior cages and aviaries, providing more than 130,000 cubic feet of space, designed to accommodate both recuperating birds awaiting release and the unreleasable individuals who call the facility their permanent home
A raptor is a bird of prey and includes many different species of birds from owls and eagles to falcons and hawks.
